How did you & your partner meet?

JP & I met in 2011 through mutual friends! We reconnected through best friends we both share in college & have been together ever since. JP & I have been long distance our entire relationship up until now.

Where was your first date? 

Armondos in Winter Park

How did your partner propose?

JP proposed to me by having my two best friends pretend to take me to a nice dinner. On the way, we drove by Rollins (where I went to college) & JP was standing on the corner. He walked me to the Rollins dock & proposed to me there. Afterwards, our family & best friends came up on a boat, we got on & went to his parents house for a party. He had all my best friends fly in & surprise me. It was the best.

What was your wedding dress shopping experience like? 

The easiest experience ever. I tried on 4 dresses & knew immediately knew which dress I wanted - the first one I tried on. It was so much fun & so special.

What bridal accessory was your favorite? 

My Maria Elena earrings & Jimmy Choo heels for sure!

What do you love most about your wedding venue? 

Our wedding venue is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. JP and I had stayed there many times before & it holds special meaning to us with such great memories.

What is one thing you wish you knew before you started wedding planning? 

It goes by so fast & everything truly does happen for a reason.

How would you describe the overall feel of your destination beach wedding?

California chic, classic, dreamy

What wedding planning advice do you have for other brides? 

Your day will turn out exactly how it is meant to so enjoy every moment & try to not stress.

Where will your honeymoon be? 

To be determined! We will be taking a delayed honeymoon due to COVID.

What are you enjoying most about newlywed life? 

Finally living in the same place & being able to spend quality time with my husband!
