The Bridal Finery Fashion Presentations - Dreamy Lavender and Blue Blooms
Our Fashion Presentations are continuing throughout the month of June. While our first week was inspired by a flower shop and spring flowers, our second week of presentations took a different route. When making design and color inspiration selections, shades of lavender and soft blue kept coming to mind. Soft blush tones have been trending in floral design over the past year, so I wanted a color scheme that went against what most brides have been requesting. During our hour long Fashion Presentations, guests sipped on our signature lemon and lavender champagne drink and snacked on lemon poppy seed cake bites with lavender honey caramel Swiss meringue butter cream filling and honey topping.

Floral & Decor Design
During the planning phase of this event, I worked with Dara from In Bloom and Amaris at RW. I shared the inspiration photos and I could tell right away Dara was excited when I used the term ‘messy’ to describe what I wanted. Wedding blooms are usually very clean and sophisticated, but I was hoping for something messy and dreamy.
RW & In Bloom brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations. RW styled the fitting room area with wooden backdrop panels, gold bookshelves, a blue settee, and a white bike for the front of the store which served as a photo prop area. In Bloom brought all the rentals and decor to life with wild flowers of blue, beige, yellow, green, and lavender. Everywhere you looked in the store there was gorgeous details of floral and specialty decor pieces.
Bridal Beauty
Keeping the dreamy and messy inspiration, Tiffany with Michelle Rene the Studio created relaxed bridal beauty looks that featured purple and bronze tones. Hair pins are currently trending in ready to wear and bridal fashion. To highlight this trend, we completed the models looks with mixed metal hairpins by Maria Elena Headpieces.
