Plunging and V-neckline wedding dresses are for all sizes

In my four years of working with brides, I hear a new misconception every day. One misconception I am ready to clear up is a V neckline and plunging neckline is for only one type of bride. A v-neckline is by far my favorite neckline on women of all sizes. No matter what bra size a woman is, I always hear ‘I can’t wear that neckline, I’m an A cup there's no point’ or ‘my boobs are huge, I can’t wear that’. If both sides of the bra spectrum think they both can’t wear a V neckline, then who can? Actually, anyone can. There are so many different options for women to wear a v neckline. If a bride loves the look but feels her bustline is too full for it, in alterations our brides can custom change necklines for comfort & support. In addition to custom changes, each designer has their own aesthetic. For a bride who wants an ultra sexy plunging neckline, we would recommend an Ines Di Santo wedding gown. However, if a bride wants a little more coverage but still wants a V neckline, A wedding gown by Sareh Nouri, Anne Barge, or Theia would be perfect for her. The most beautiful part of a V neckline is how elongating it is. In photos, this neckline gives women so much more height and length.

Be open-minded and allow your stylist to show you gowns that will highlight & celebrate your figure. Remember, you can wear whatever you want. If you are a full D cup, you can still wear a V neckline, however, your neckline may not be as low as someone who is a B cup. But don’t think it’s not an option at all.
