The Bridal Finery Fashion Presentations - Mid Century Modern Romance

on June 25, the forth week of The Bridal Finery Fashion Presentations was inspired by the mid century modern current trend. While home decor trends aren’t typical for wedding decor trends, Jamie wanted to show brides and wedding professionals you can take any trend and bring it to life through wedding planning. Details and decor was designed by REVEL. Jamie selected REVEL for floral & rentals for this presentation. REVEL is known for their unique aesthetic and cool girl vibe. Trending dried palms and colors of yellow, beige, millennial pink, and cream floral.

Cool girl hair and makeup was needed for this presentation. Models, Mattie and Kyra reminded Jamie of Gigi Hadid and Naomi Cambell, so she pulled looks from past red carpets and previous Met Galas. Brittney Boscana with Brie & Brie created trending summer 2019 hairstyles with use of hair pins by Maria Elena Headpieces and sleek ponytails and glam was fresh and dewy with colors of gold and bronze.

Jamie completed the models looks with perfect wedding gowns by Monique Lhuillier, Sareh Nouri, Ines Di Santo, and Girl and a Serious Dream. While the decor could be seen as ‘boho’ Jamie selected gowns that were anything but. As stylists, we believe that you can compliment your wedding, but wear what you want. Gowns featured in classic fits and fabrics as well as fully beaded glamorous wedding gowns were featured in this presentation. Attending guests loved the juxtaposition between the casual setting and luxe designs.
